The shift from summer to autumn brings a move from bowls to short mat.
The bowls green stays open until we meet to close it at 9:30am on 3rd October, so play and booking remains possible until then.
Meanwhile, Wednesday evening roll-ups start at 5:30pm on the 23rd and 30th; the final of the Chicken and Egg evenings will be on the 25th, and the Chairman v Secretary match follows on the 26th. Teams for the latter have been emailed and are shown on the club notice board.
Short mat starts on Monday 28th September with sessions at 1:30pm, 3pm, and 6pm, then continues every Friday from 2nd October with games at 6pm and around 7:15 / 7:30. Please arrive early so teams can be chosen for these times, or you may be disappointed.
